by one or two offices per year and this year we have almost doubled in size following
our acquisition of Bushells. This means that promotion through the ranks is almost
guaranteed for our top performers.
Beyond the training and bonus programmes, we try to go out of our way to look after
our team. We sponsor monthly social evenings which have taken us bowling, go-karting,
navigating the capital’s canals by narrow boat, or to one of our favourite pubs
