by one or two offices per year and this year we have almost doubled in size following
our acquisition of Bushells. This means that promotion through the ranks is almost

Beyond the training and bonus programmes, we try to go out of our way to look after
our team. We sponsor monthly social evenings which have taken us bowling, go-karting,
navigating the capital’s canals by narrow boat, or to one of our favourite pubs
and clubs.
And it doesn’t end there. Each Autumn we take the whole company away on an all expenses
paid trip to a European city. Our annual trips have so far taken us to Paris, Sardinia,
Barcelona, Bruges and Majorca.
