Our new business team is responsible for introducing our products and services to landlords who haven’t yet
worked with us. Exceptional communication skills and determination are amongst the most important virtues of
those in the New Business Team. Many of our New Business Execs have joined us straight from university, but in
all cases they have extensive sales experience and a sunny demeanour to match.
Each member of the team looks after their own distinct geographical area, and as a result works closely with the
lettings mangers in those areas. The team is also responsible for executing our various marketing campaigns and
running our Seminars, which we hold every few months at the Institute of Directors. This is a great opportunity
for landlords to brush up on a salient industry topic and get to know us at the same time.
