In return we invest substantially in the developing of our team. Our commitment to training is
demonstrated by the fact that we spend more than £2,000 training every new employee.
In addition to our internal programme of training, we require every single employee to
undertake the ARLA Technical Award (or in the case of the accounts department their ACCA accreditation),
and a generous continuing professional budget is set aside for each member of the team.
This training programme is supported by a comprehensive programme of individual coaching and six monthly reviews.
The review process helps identify any further training requirements, determines a set of developmental objectives and,
last but not least, culminates in the payment of a twice yearly bonus.
