Our philosophy is different. We strive to attract the best graduates from the UK’s top universities,
and we reward hard work and achievement with promotion.
In return we invest substantially in the developing of our team. Our commitment to training is
demonstrated by the fact that we spend more than £2k training every new employee. In addition,
we require every single employee to undertake the ARLA Technical Award (or in the case of the
accounts department their ACCA accreditation).
We believe well informed and experienced employees are key to excellent customer service so each
member of our team specialises in one of four specific areas: Negotiating, Property Management,
Contract Administration and Accountants.
