Landlords
Landlords have the choice of a let only service or a
full management service.
In the case of the let only service, the property will be
advertised, a qualified negotiator will show the property and the
reference checking department will assess the credit worthiness of
the tenant.
The full management service offers landlords a complete
package of services, in addition to those offered in the let only
package:
- Collecting and holding tenants’ deposits in an
ARLA compliant bonded account
- Collecting and chasing the tenants’ rental payments
- Dealing with all incoming maintenance issues and
instructing an appropriately qualified contractor
- Providing an out of hours emergency contact number
for tenants
- Organising gas and electricity safety tests as they
become necessary throughout the year
Landlords also have a dedicated relationship manager who acts
as a central point of contact and is authorised to deal with account,
maintenance or tenant issues.
