Our property management team will keep track of gas and electricity safety tests and organize these as necessary throughout the year. We can also help you organize Energy Performance Certificates which are required for all newly let property and we will register your deposit under a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

We carry out a thorough inspection every year providing a full colour brochure with recommendations and details on any improvements should they be required, giving you reassurance that your property remains in sound condition for future rentals, as well as minimising the cost of repairs by acting in good time.
Access to our excellent value handyman
Ideal for repainting a wall, fixing a loose tile or repairing a door handle, they provide a very cost effective method of keeping your property in good running order. Our two in-house handymen do not charge a call out fee and are typically 50% cheaper than a specialist contractor.
 
 
 
Access to information through "My Portfolio"
Key information regarding each landlord’s portfolio of properties can be accessed through our dedicated landlord log-in area. Tenancy agreements, check in reports, account statements are all available electronically. Furthermore, during the marketing process, we provide up to the minute information relating to enquiries, viewings and offers.
Rent Collection Service
Our system automatically flags late rental payments and notifies our team of accountants that action is required. We operate a four stage arrears management process, which starts with a friendly SMS reminder and becomes progressively more resolute. We are typically successful in collecting late payment over the phone using ourdebit and credit card facility, with the added benefit that funds can be transferred to landlords on the same day.
Thorough Inventory Process
We use industry accredited inventory clerks to produce property reports at the beginning and end of each tenancy. The reports include detailed descriptions and colour photographs to ensure that both landlords and tenants have a written assessment which forms the basis of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme registration.
