Rent Collection Service
Our system automatically flags late
rental payments and notifies our team
of accountants that action is required.
We operate a four stage arrears
management process, which starts
with a friendly SMS reminder and
becomes progressively more resolute.
We are typically successful in
collecting late payment over the phone
using ourdebit and credit card facility,
with the added benefit that funds can
be transferred to landlords on the

inventory clerks to produce
property reports at the beginning
and end of each tenancy.
The reports include detailed
descriptions and colour
photographs to ensure that
both landlords and tenants have
a written assessment which forms
