We work hard for our customers and strive to offer convenient appointment times after work and at weekends. Our offices are open 9am-7pm during the week with viewings until 8pm and 10am – 5pm on Saturdays.

We focus exclusively on what we know best: letting and property management. Last year we helped over 2,000 tenants move home and collected more than £20m in rent on behalf of our landlords.
Our Fees are Fair
We are one of the few agents to collect our fees on a monthly basis even on a let only instruction. By not taking our whole fee upfront, this means our landlords enjoy a much steadier cash flow over the period of the tenancy.
 
 
 
Thorough Tenant Screening
We subject all of our applicants to a thorough background checking process. We collect written references, payslips and bank statements, obtain a credit score and check for county court judgments and bankruptcy history.

Our average void period between tenancies is only 4 days – the industry average is 30 days according to the Q2 2009 ARLA report.

Dedicated Property Management Team
Our ARLA trained team of property managers are experts in assessing inbound maintenance issues and quickly dispatching carefully screened contractors. They will also take charge of organising gas and electricity safety tests as necessary throughout the year. We even have two in-house handymen who can tackle routine maintenances tasks at a fraction of the cost of specialist contractors
Extensive marketing
We employ a professional in-house photographer who not only photographs our properties, but also the sights and characters that typify the surrounding areas so that our tenants have a real flavour of their local area. We also send out hundreds of SMS and email matches to our database of tenants on a daily basis.
Strict Codes of Practice
Our commitment to offering the highest level of customer service is demonstrated by our long standing members of the industry regulatory body for letting agents (ARLA). We are also members of the Property Ombudsman for Lettings and licensed under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
