Our Fees are Fair

Thorough Tenant Screening
We subject all of our applicants to
a thorough background checking
process. We collect written
references, payslips and bank
statements, obtain a credit score
and check for county court
judgments and bankruptcy
history. |

Dedicated Property Management Team
Our ARLA trained team of property
managers are experts in assessing
inbound maintenance issues and
quickly dispatching carefully
screened contractors. They will
also take charge of organising gas
and electricity safety tests as
necessary throughout the year.
We even have two in-house
handymen who can tackle routine
maintenances tasks at a fraction of

photographer who not only
photographs our properties, but
also the sights and characters
that typify the surrounding areas
so that our tenants have a real
flavour of their local area. We
also send out hundreds of SMS
and email matches to our database
of tenants on a daily basis. |
