Last Thursday 8th September, Edmund Cude sponsored its fifth seminar in the series, in association with the National Landlords Assocation, at the Institute of Directors, Pall Mall.

The evening began with a presentation by Richard Blanco about Landlord and Property Investor strategies, which explored some of the complex practical issues involved in obtaining finance. We then listened to an interesting analysis from a representative of The Bank of England regarding the current market and economy.

Next, there was an interactive session during which the audience could discuss their experiences, followed by the final session: Planning for your Future. This last section dealt with portfolio planning, retirement planning, capital gain tax and exit strategies.
