Edmund Cude Graduates Set New Standard in ARLA exams

At a time when lettings legislation is becoming increasingly complex, in-depth industry knowledge has never
been more important.
Vatche Cherchian, Alex Broadbridge, Alex Stone, Grainne Sharkey and Adriana Lucas, all of whom joined us on our Graduate Entry Scheme, have recently passed their
Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. ARLA, the residential lettings regulatory
body which supervises the exams, estimates that it takes the typical candidate up to 150 hours of study to gain the qualification which consists of four written exams.
Alex Stone, a negotiator in our Camden
office, scored 100% on two of his papers. Studying for the exam has been hard work, but has enabled me to really get to grips with some of the more technical aspects of both the Housing Act and the Landlord and Tenant Act. I have already been able to put a lot of what I have learnt into practice.
