Edmund Cude Graduates Set New Standard in ARLA exams
10 January 2010

Vatche Cherchian, Alex Broadbridge, Alex Stone, Grainne Sharkey and Adriana Lucas, all of whom joined us on our Graduate Entry Scheme, have recently passed their Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. ARLA, the residential lettings regulatory body which supervises the exams, estimates that it takes the typical candidate up to 150 hours of study to gain the qualification which consists of four written exams.

Alex Stone, a negotiator in our Camden office, scored 100% on two of his papers. I have already been able to put a lot of what I have learnt into practice.
