"My Portfolio" Web Service Launched For Landlords

A ground breaking new portal on the Edmund Cude website has been created to allow landlords to access a wealth of data relating to their property portfolio.

Alex Vinter, head of property management, runs through the benefits: "We're firm believers in having the right information at your fingertips and the system we have developed will facilitate exactly this. Not only are landlords now able to access all documents relating to their properties, but they are also able to see how many applicants have enquired about their properties, how many viewings we have done and what the tenants have said about the property during the viewing."

Getting access to this information is simple. Go to the Edmund Cude website (www.edmundcude.com) and click on the "My Portfolio" link. Then enter your user name (which is your email address) and enter the password that has been sent to you. If at any point you forget your password you can just click the "Forgotten Password" link to be sent an automatic reminder.
