EDMUND CUDE LAUNCHES NEW BOOK

This year Edmund Cude will publish an informative book aimed at all London-based landlords. The book, 'A Landlords Guide to Letting in London', is specifically targeted at the London market and addresses the key factors that landlords need to consider when letting a property, starting with selecting an area and type of investment right through to managing the property and avoiding the major regulatory pitfalls.
It has been written by a handful of our top managers at Edmund Cude, and the book aims to distil nearly two centuries of lettings experience into seven perfectly formed chapters that will be useful to both new and existing landlords. Furthermore, this is the first publication to focus solely on the London rental market. The book will be released in May and will be available for purchase from any of our offices or on online through Amazon.com.
