New Flagship Office Now Open

After a major refurbishment programme, the newly relocated Camden office is now open for business. The new office is situated at 3 Parkway and is immediately adjacent to the world famous Camden Jazz Cafe and within 50m of Camden Town tube station.

Alex Vinter, our head of property management describes the project, "When we took the building on it was almost derelict. The roof had partially collapsed and the upper floors had unfortunately been reclaimed by pigeons. There was no functioning plumbing other than an original Victorian toilet in the back yard! Fortunately, we know a thing or two about repairing properties, so we assembled a great team of plumbers, electricians, roofers, decorators and with the help of Chris and Donal, our Edmund Cude handymen, we have been making very good progress. The ground floor will form our new eight man flagship office and the upper floors will be converted into a 4 bedroom flat".
