UK Rental Market Picks Up

Unlike the sales market, the rental market
has historically shown remarkable resilience
to economic instability and even positive
price growth during the last downturn in the
early 90s.
But for the first time in more than 30 years,
rental prices have slipped an estimated
5.6% from their peak last summer at the
national level and substantially more in
Central London.In the past few months
though, there have been several indications
that the market has stabilised and appears
to be showing signs of modest growth.
