Tucked away at the northern end of Wandsworth Common lies this remarkable Grade II listed, Victorian Gothic building. Sometimes known as Battersea Castle, it was used as a private school before World War II, and now after years of neglect, it has been restored to house several flats, studios and a drama school.

Edmund Cude Acquires Innovation Lettings

Edmund Cude, one of London’s oldest names in property, has merged with Innovation Lettings, Clapham. This latest merge, and the second so far this year, will expand on an already large and successful landlord base in Clapham and will be managed from our Clapham office, with all the benefits of the property management department, in-house handymen, paralegals and renewals teams from head office.

Having grown from the one office back in 2005, to currently having a network of twelve offices and following on from the recent acquisition of KM Jones, Highbury, Edmund Cude’s acquisitions team is working hard on expanding the network further, with two to three acquisitions planned per year and more already underway.
