Alex Vinter, Commercial Director, recently appeared in the BBC1 television series, Homes under the Hammer, as a guest Lettings Agent. Each episode of the show follows properties which were bought at auction, often ones that require significant refurbishment. Local Estate Agents are invited to give their opinion on one of these properties and advise on its value for rental and sale after refurbishment. Alex valued a one bedroom flat in West Hampstead before and after it had been refurbished.
