This stylish two bedroom flat is located in a much sought after area on a residential street leading into the heart of Camden. The flat itself has been fitted to a high standard and the property benefits from its own entrance and double glazing, and is set over two floors with accommodation comprising: open-plan living room with fitted/kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath and private roof terrace. The first floor living room/kitchen has quite low ceilings so perhaps would be less suitable for taller tenants. The flat is a short walk from Chalk Farm tube station and the amenities/markets of Camden. Ideal for a couple or two sharers.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
Horniman Museum
The museum was founded by Frederick John Horniman, who had inherited his father's Horniman's Tea business, which by 1891 had become the world's biggest tea trading business. With the money from the business, Horniman was able to indulge his life long passion for collecting, and after travelling extensively, he boasted a collection of around 30,000 items. The museum specialises in anthropology, natural history and musical instruments.
