Tenants
We have tried to streamline the two major frustrations of the tenant
sign up process:
- Credit and reference checking: we have direct access to the
Equifax consumer database enabling us to rapidly screen prospective tenants
- Payment on completion: we accept all major credit and debit cards
so there is no need to bring in cash or a bankers draft on the day we hand
you the keys
After getting the keys, tenants have access to a dedicated tenant
services team and an out of hours emergency contact number.
We are also happy to help you get set up in your new home. If you would
like us to help you find a cleaner or set up your contents
insurance, we would be only too pleased to do so.
